National Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous NZ.

I could stop drinking, maybe for a whole hour, but I always ended up drunk.

I spent a lifetime in hell and it only took me 12 Steps to get me to heaven.

The road to resentment is paved with expectation.

We all have appointments with our lives and some of us don't show up.

AA is a "we" program. I get drunk, "we" stay sober.

Declaration of Unity

This we owe to A.A.'s future:
To place our common welfare first;
To keep our fellowship united.
For on A.A. unity depend our lives,
And the lives of those to come.
